Founder of Manor Engineering (est. 1987), a global leader in smart automation, industrial AI, and advanced control systems for manufacturing, energy, and infrastructure. Brings over 30 years of engineering leadership, with operations across Israel, Europe, and North America.

Extensive experience in the design and implementation of complex technological systems, combining hardware–software integration, embedded development, and real-time control environments. Specializes in scalable, industrial-grade automation and precision engineering.

In addition to his civilian work, Eyal has significant background in the development of military-grade systems, including weapon platforms and secure technologies—gained through decades of hands-on leadership in high-stakes, multidisciplinary projects.

Holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion (specializing in SF6 systems and industrial robotics), and an M.B.A. in Business Administration with a focus on communication protocol analysis.

U.S. Managing Director: Dr. Joseph (Joe) Maleken

Dr. Joseph (Joe) Malken is an applied physicist, MIT graduate, and expert in intelligent manufacturing technologies. He serves as the Managing Director of Manor Engineering USA, leading the company’s North American operations from its headquarters in California.

Joe joined the company with a shared vision alongside founder Eyal Manor — to bridge scientific excellence with industrial innovation and bring cutting-edge AI solutions into real-world manufacturing environments.

A former senior officer in a classified unit of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), Joe brings with him deep operational experience in advanced defense technologies. His military background, combined with academic and research excellence, shaped his multidisciplinary approach to engineering and leadership.

Following his service, Joe led applied research in sensing and control systems, later transitioning to the industrial sector, where he led high-level projects in software and hardware development, automation, and industrial AI.

Today, he spearheads Manor Engineering’s expansion in the U.S. market, manages strategic partnerships across the U.S., Europe, and Israel, and leads cross-functional teams on high-impact technology initiatives.

With a rare combination of scientific precision, strategic insight, and global perspective, Dr. Malken positions Manor Engineering as a key player in the future of smart manufacturing.

Michael Abrams is a senior executive with over two decades of experience in the industrial technology sector, specializing in business development, go-to-market strategy, and cross-border partnerships.
As part of the leadership team at Manor Engineering, Michael plays a key role in expanding the company’s footprint across the U.S. and Europe.

Having held leadership positions in both startups and multinational corporations, Michael brings a rare combination of strategic insight and operational execution. He has led market entry initiatives, built lasting partnerships with OEMs, and managed large-scale deployments of industrial automation and AI-based systems.

Michael has a deep understanding of the North American and European manufacturing landscapes, including regulatory environments, procurement processes, and customer behavior.
He is known for building trusted relationships across cultures and driving business growth through innovation, collaboration, and sharp market focus.

In his role at Manor Engineering, Michael helps shape the company’s international direction, leads strategic collaborations, and ensures that Manor’s advanced technologies are matched with real-world industrial needs.
